KLIN-AIR Air Conditioning Duct Sanitization System

KLIN-AIR is the only duct sanitization system that reduces fine dust and maintains the correct ionic balance in the air using the proven and tested Bioxigen® technology. The Bioxigen® technology used by KLIN-AIR consists of a glass cylinder with appropriate metal meshes that are electrically powered. This generates an alternating electric field outside the cylinder, whose lines of force continuously change in intensity and direction over time, increasing the vibration of air molecules. The KLIN-AIR products by Klimagiel can be applied in both new and existing installations and must be sized according to the air flow of the ducts and the project objectives. The KLIN-AIR product is available for all flow ranges from 200 m3/h to over 20,000 m3/h for Klimagiel circular section ducts. Ozone VS KLIN-AIR

Ozone

Ozone is known for its bactericidal, fungicidal, and virucidal properties, but its use is absolutely not possible in the presence of people.

Significant limitations: Ozone is a poisonous gas for humans and the environment, and therefore the treatment must be carried out by highly specialized personnel and repeated over time.

Klin-Air

KLIN-AIR employs a bipolar ionization process that, through the activation of oxygen molecules, produces a sanitizing action, significantly reducing the presence of viruses and bacteria (including COVID-19) in the air.

Advantages: The air passing through the condenser spreads throughout the environment, reaching areas not accessible manually.

The 24/24 use is allowed in the presence of people for air sanitization.

The installation of KLIN-AIR allows maintaining sanitized air distribution thanks to the action of oxidizing ions generated by quartz condensers, capable of destroying pollutants such as bacteria, viruses, and allergens.

Being an active system, it has a sanitizing effect not only at the point where the module is installed but throughout the entire air circuit and thus in the entire volume of the treated environment.

The presence of KLIN-AIR modules reduces the need for periodic cleaning and sanitization of air ducts. The periodic replacement of lamps ensures the best sanitization results for the ducts.
