In order to respond even more efficiently and with even higher quality to market demands, on 1 January 2025 Klimagiel inaugurated a new production facility entirely dedicated to the manufacture of micro-perforated textile ducts.
Located in Castel d’Azzano (Verona), the new site represents a strategic investment to consolidate our leadership in the air distribution sector.
A modern, state-of-the-art facility
The new headquarters covers an area of 600 square metres dedicated to production, plus 700 square metres of logistics warehouse space. Inside, specialised departments have been set up for cutting, laser drilling, sewing, quality control and logistics, all integrated into an optimised production flow.
Thanks to the use of advanced technology machinery — such as laser cutting and drilling systems and latest-generation industrial sewing machines — we can guarantee a production capacity of over 100,000 metres of fabric per year, with production time reduced by 25% compared to previous standards.
Materials and processes under control
All the main types of Klimagiel fabric are processed at the site, including:

- Feather
- Fibra
- Antistatic
- Antibacterial
- Recycled fabric
Each stage of the process is supervised by our Quality Department, which carries out systematic checks on both the incoming fabric and the finished product, ensuring compliance with technical and aesthetic standards at all times.
Furthermore, to ensure maximum environmental safety, the site has been equipped with an advanced air filtration system around its entire perimeter, in compliance with current European regulations on industrial emissions.

Today, production is entrusted to a highly qualified team of six professionals with over 40 years of experience in industrial tailoring, including two patternmakers specialising in design and bespoke tailoring.
The new headquarters not only represent an enhancement of our operational capabilities, but also a concrete commitment to innovation, sustainability and sartorial quality, values that have always guided Klimagiel in its growth.
