The ESA (Energy Saving Airflow) system by Klimagiel is designed to maintain optimal conditions along the air distribution line. The ESA sensor manages the pressure/flow required for optimal air distribution through KLIMAGIEL micro-perforated channels, even with partial operation of the AHU.
This allows for energy savings while ensuring excellent results and air quality in the environment.

ESA is available in 3 models:
• Large – 560/L (double fan)
• Medium – 630/M
• Small – 310/S
The ESA frame is made of 15/10 Aluminum, acoustically and thermally insulated.
1. The primary air from the Air Handling Unit (AHU or CTA) enters the ESA plenum. The recirculation damper is closed, and all primary air exits only from the Klimagiel air distribution channel.
2. The primary air is distributed uniformly in the environment through the Klimagiel channels.
1. The channel pressure sensor detects a drop in pressure.
2. The recirculation damper opens, and the EC (electronic control) fan is activated to maintain the pressure and flow required for the diffusion system by recirculating the air already present in the environment.
