OPTI AIR – Modulating systems with variable flow rate and power
MAXIMUM COMFORT WITH PRECISE CONTROL
The OPTI AIR system, designed for Unit. of Air Treatment (UTA) with variable flow systems and different pressure levels, offers uniform distribution of air, guaranteeing optimal comfort in every environment.
Main components
- PLENUM: allows uniform diffusion of air in the channels, contributing to sanitization through Klin-Air (optional).
- DOUBLE JET CHANNELS WITH DIAPHRAGM: the channels dynamically adapt to the flow rate, displacing or diffusing the air according to user requests.
Operation example
FULL SPEED OPERATION (HIGH SPEED)
- The AHU operates at maximum power.
- The air, through the Plenum, is sanitized with the Klin-Air system (optional).
- The air is distributed between the membrane channels.
- The signal from the control unit, received by the Opti Air electronic sensor, activates the actuator which lifts the channel membrane, covering the upper hole.
- The channels diffuse the air inductively through the studied perforation.
PARTIAL SPEED OPERATION (LOW SPEED)
- The AHU operates at speed. reduced (pressure and flow rate).
- The air, passing through the Plenum, is sanitized using Klin-Air (optional).
- The air diffuses between the 2 membrane channels.
- The signal from the control unit, received by the Opti Air electronic sensor, keeps the membrane raised in the
“channel 1”, covering the upper hole.

“Channel 1” diffuses the air at high induction.

The signal from the control unit, received by the Opti Air electronic sensor, lowers the membrane in “channel 2”,
covering the lower hole.

The “channel 2” displaces the air from the upper part, through the hole studied.
