As far as air distribution is concerned, diffusion will always be determined by an appropriate number of rows of holes calculated in relation to the air flow rate of the ventilation unit and the pressure available at the inlet of the diffuser itself.
Air is distributed in the environment in full compliance with UNI 10339 – EN 13182 (air velocity at human height).
With particular regard to the ease of assembly and the quality of the final result, KLIMAGIEL’s experience has led to the study and implementation of unique solutions for the benefit of its partners. The FAST-FIX circular ducts, 1250 mm long, are normally supplied with a longitudinal bayonet joint for closing on site (with consequent reduction of transport costs), without the need for riveting. The flaps are suitably shaped with a patented folder system for discharging the tensions of the material. For diffusers with a diameter of 900 mm or greater, the internal stabilization template (PATENT PENDING) is available as an accessory, which facilitates assembly and maintenance of the circular shape. This is particularly useful during the assembly phase, to avoid ovalisations and coupling difficulties between the sections of duct, in often already complex working conditions.
The high induction KLIMAGIEL diffusers are available with a membrane system for optimal management of the summer/winter season.
Our inspection METAL JET diffusers were created in response to the specific need for maintenance and maximum hygiene in large food-production chains.
The DYNAMIC JET circulation system permits air handling in environments where it is necessary to vary the flow rate through the system. Such is the case anywhere teh ENDOGENOUS LOAD IS NOT CONSTANT over time. This could be due to the crowding, production start-up processes or other causes. High induction diffuser ( also called induced movement ) is normally applied in situations requiring sufficently stable flow and pressure in order to properly. DYNAMIC jet is a VARIABLE FLOW SYSTEM, composed of one or two rpimary induction diffusers and a secondary diffuser ( displacer ) installed on a plenum with a system of dampers, actuators, and probes to control the flow and internal pressure. The system is designed to MAINTAIN OPTIMAL CONDITIONS in the primary diffuser to treat teh environment correctly by effectively mixing teh air. The secondary diffuser is instead used for additionlal air that is emitted more gently, which,also recalling the induction effect of the primary diffuser, enters the area to be trated.

Micrometric control of the output air velocity ( which generates teh “high induction” effect) ensures the airflow is maintaned over the entire duct surface, preventing stagnant air and the formation of condensation

The oval ducts are supplied in 1 meter long modules, with connection via male/female coupling to be riveted.
The flaps are suitably shaped to facilitate insertion and ensure the discharge of material tension. Each module is supplied as standard with a ceiling-mounting clamp, complete with M8 female nuts for screwing into a threaded rod or other coupling system.

Assembly solutions
Seasonal optimization with switch kit
The system is strongly recommended in all those applications in which sufficient useful static pressure is not available at the entrance to the channel, also with reference to the installation height.
It is an internal polyester membrane, which is placed longitudinally along the entire length of the diffuser.
The movement is controlled by a servomotor, and allows you to select the opening of the lower or upper perforation of the diffuser.
In the presence of a cooling request, the membrane adheres to the lower part of the duct, allowing the air flow to the upper part.
Conversely, when the system is set to heating, the system closes the upper holes and the flow is conveyed directly downwards.
This optimizes the functioning of the system, guaranteeing better homogeneity of temperatures and comfort in the environment.
The membrane solution is available for both fabric and metal ducts (Patent Pending).
